Trio reaches league standards at WVU

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (March 23) – The Vulcans qualified three new entries for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships at the Stan Romanowski Open hosted by West Virginia over the weekend.

STANDARDS
• Junior Madeline Curtis reached the conference-qualifying mark in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:49.16 while making her outdoor debut.
• Freshman Gabriella Fralin qualified for the league championships with a time of 2:21.61 in the 800-meter run.
• Junior Iyana Campbell posted a time of 15.78 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles to reach the conference standard in the event.

NEXT
• California returns to action next weekend in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational on March 29-30.
