SELINSGROVE, Pa. (April 11) – Seniors Kat Henderson and Tatum Hoffman recorded back-to-back finishes in the 'maroon' division of the heptathlon on Friday at the River Hawk Multi hosted by Susquehanna.

Henderson placed eighth in the standings with 3,935 points and Hoffman totaled 3,913 points over seven event to rank ninth in the field. Henderson registered a top-five finish in five events, placing as high as third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.10 seconds. Hoffman finished third in both the high jump with a height of 1.57 meters (5-1.75 feet) and long jump with a distance of 5.19 meters (17-0.5 feet).

The Vulcans continue their weekend action by competing at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, on April 12-13.
