INDIANA, Pa. (April 9) – The California University of Pennsylvania women's track & field team claimed seven victories and reached a trio of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying standards at the Ed Fry Invitational hosted by IUP on Saturday.
Junior
Kailee Bunyard (Columbia, Md./Atholton) established a personal record and won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.92 seconds. She improved her previous best in the event by over two-tenths of a second on Saturday. Bunyard ranks second on the league's performance list this spring after winning the 60-meter hurdles at the indoor conference meet.

Beyoncé Kelly (Edgewood, Md./Harford Technical) captured the victory in the high jump by clearing 1.65 meters (5-5.00 feet) on her first attempt at the height. She has reached the league mark in all three events this season. Fellow junior
Darcie Frazier (Hollidaysburg, Pa./Hollidaysburg) earned the win in the long jump at IUP with a distance of 5.33 meters (17-6.00 feet) on her second attempt. She also placed third in the shot put after registering a mark of 10.37 meters (34-0.25 feet).

Sydney Urbine (Centerville, Pa./Beth-Center) recorded her first collegiate win in the 800-meter run by over 2.6 seconds after crossing the finish line in 2 minutes, 30.83 seconds.
Senior
Shantel Springer (East Palestine, Ohio/Springfield Local) set a personal record and won the hammer throw on Saturday with a distance of 40.08 meters (131-6.0 feet) on her fifth attempt. She also placed second in the shot put with a heave of 11.36 meters (37-3.25 feet) and ranked third in the discus throw with a mark of 28.98 meters (95-1.0 feet).
Junior
Anna Ebersole (Pottstown, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) claimed the victory in the javelin throw with a personal record of 33.04 meters (108-5.0 feet). She also finished second in the long jump with a distance of 5.05 meters (16-7.0 feet) at IUP. Sophomore
Mariah Mosko (Connellsville, Pa./Connellsville) set personal records in the discus throw and javelin throw, plus placed second in the hammer throw.
