Kaser earns weekly league accolades

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (April 8) – Following her performance over the weekend, California (PA) senior Ari Kaser was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Athlete of the Week for the third time in her career on Monday afternoon.

Kaser captured medalist honors at the Stateline Shootout hosted by Mount St. Joseph (OH) on Saturday. She carded a 10-over 156 (76-80) to win the event by two strokes. Kaser tied for the lead in the field with 24 pars over two days and was the lone player to fire an eagle. The Ohio native helped the Vulcans finish second in the team standings, their highest showing of the season.

A 5-foot-6 senior, Kaser leads the team with a career-best scoring average of 82.0 strokes over 16 rounds. She has recorded the team's top finish in eight of nine events, including four top-five individual finishes this year.

Kaser previously received PSAC Athlete of the Week honors in both 2024 and 2025.

The Vulcans return to the links this weekend at the Fighting Scot Spring Invitational on April 11-12 at the Country Club of Meadville.
