TEMPE, Ariz. (July 22) – The California (PA) tennis program received Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team accolades and 10 players earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status on Tuesday.
To earn ITA All-Academic Team status, a program must hold a cumulative team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or above. In order to receive ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, student-athletes must maintain a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher.
The Vulcans have garnered team academic honors from the organization in back-to-back years. Student-athletes

Carmen Duran,
Leandra Guldimann,
Izabelle Heacox,
Anika Hedrich,
Teddi Isherwood,
Garance Laforet,
Diletta Maria Mungo,
Maria Del Mar Ojeda and
Lilli Schreiber each received each earned the honor on Tuesday.
The group of Duran, Guldimann, Mungo, Ojeda and Schreiber all collected the laurel for a consecutive season, while Isherwood captured the honor the third time in her collegiate career.
