Kaser tabbed to All-PSAC Second-Team

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (May 28) – After trimming her scoring average by nearly two strokes from last year, California (PA) junior Ari Kaser was chosen to the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Second-Team on Wednesday afternoon.

Kaser led the team with a scoring average of 83.8 strokes over 20 rounds. She posted a top-10 finish at seven different tournaments, including a trio of top-five scores. Kaser carded a career low round of 73 on the opening day of the Vulcan Invitational during the fall at Cedarbrook Golf Course. The Ohio native placed second on the team at the PSAC Championships after registering a top-10 finish in each of the five previous spring events.

A 5-foot-6 junior, Kaser holds a career scoring average of 84.8 strokes over 23 tournaments. She was limited to four events last year due to injury before playing all 11 events this season.

Cal has featured at least one All-PSAC honoree every year since the league began selecting golfers in the 2010-11 campaign.
