CALIFORNIA (March 10) – California (PA) senior Gabby Miller will be competing in both the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle at the 2025 NCAA Division II Championships from March 11-15 as part of the NCAA Division II Festival in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Miller was selected to the NCAA Championships for the first time in her career, becoming the first Cal representative at the event since Jade Arganbright competed at the 2017 NCAA Championships. Last month, Miller registered a standout performance at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships that were held in her hometown of York, Pennsylvania. She earned All-PSAC status by finishing second in the 50 freestyle and posted a trio of individual podium finishes.

A 5-foot-11 senior, Miller is seeded among the top 20 in the country in the 50 freestyle after recording a time of 23.14 seconds during the finals of the event at the PSAC Championships. She surpassed Arganbright for second on the school's all-time performance list in the 50 freestyle after shattering her previous personal best by over six-tenths of a second. Miller also enters the NCAA Championships following a personal record in the 100 freestyle at the league championships. She also eclipsed Arganbright on the school's performance list in the event after touching the wall in 51.77 seconds during the finals of the event, topping her personal record by nearly three-tenths of a second.

The 50 freestyle will be held at the NCAA Championships on Wednesday, March 12, and the 100 freestyle will be conducted on Saturday, March 15. The preliminary session on both days begin at 10 a.m. with the finals slated to start at 5:30 p.m.
