CALIFORNIA, Pa. (Feb. 5) – Due to inclement weekend weather forecasts in various parts of the Eastern states, California University of Pennsylvania has announced schedule changes for the men's and women's basketball, baseball and tennis teams this weekend.

On the hardwood, the Vulcans have delayed the start times for their doubleheader against Gannon by four hours tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 6. The Cal U women's basketball team will now face No. 3 Gannon at 5 p.m. in Hamer Hall while the Vulcan men's basketball team hosts the Golden Knights at 7 p.m. Fans can follow both basketball games on-line via live webcasts or live stats.

The nationally-ranked Cal U tennis team has postponed its match against Division I Duquesne schedule for tonight, Friday, Feb. 5. The Vulcans have rescheduled the match against the Dukes for Wednesday, Feb. 10, in Monroeville, Pa., at 1 p.m.

On the diamond, the Vulcans were scheduled to open the 2010 season at the Catawba Invitational in North Carolina tomorrow Saturday, Feb. 6 and Sunday, Feb. 7. However, Cal U has scheduled a three-game series against Catawba beginning with a nine-inning doubleheader on Monday, Feb. 8.
