Thrush earned an individual qualifier for the NCAA National Championships on Saturday morning while competing at the NCAA Regional Championships hosted by Lock Haven. He placed ninth overall in a field of nearly 160 entries with a time of 30 minutes, 21.8 seconds. Thrush, who previously qualified as an individual for the NCAA National Championships in 2022, has finished among the top 15 in all three career appearances at the NCAA Regional Championships. The 5-foot-10 junior also helped the Vulcans register a top-10 team finish at the event for the third-consecutive season.
