Franklin shattered her own all-time PSAC record in the 200-meter dash on Saturday while at the SPIRE Midwest Open. She registered the fastest non-converted time in NCAA Division II this year in the event and ranks third overall on the national performance list. Franklin captured the victory in the 200 meters while in Ohio with a time of 23.77 seconds, breaking her previous record by 0.76 seconds. The Philadelphia native also earned the win in the 60-meter dash after crossing the finish line in 7.42 seconds.
