Franklin broke an all-time PSAC record and posted the program’s highest finish in modern history at the NCAA Championships over the weekend. She placed fourth in the finals of the 60-meter dash on Saturday to earn NCAA First-Team All-America honors. Franklin broke her own school record and tied the all-time PSAC record, which stood for two decades, while finishing eighth in the preliminaries with a time of 7.474 seconds. In the finals, the Philadelphia native shattered the record with a time of 7.427 seconds to place fourth overall. Franklin is now a three-time NCAA All-American, including twice in the 60 meters.
