Palek averaged a double-double with 23.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game, as the Vulcans earned a pair of victories last week. He also shot 58.1 percent (18-of-31) from the floor and added 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals in 29.0 minutes per game. Palek opened the week with 25 points on 10-of-13 shooting and eight rebounds on Wednesday while playing just 23 minutes in a 115-76 victory at Penn State-Fayette. The New Jersey native then registered a double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds, plus collected three assists, one block and three steals, in an 89-69 win over Concord on Saturday.
