EDINBORO, Pa. (Sept. 19) – The Vulcans allowed a pair of first-half goals in a 2-0 loss at Edinboro in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Saturday evening.
NOTES
• California (1-5-1, 1-5) has lost six of the last seven meetings in the series with Edinboro dating back to 2023.
• The Fighting Scots took a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute on a goal by Eden Gerlach.
• Edinboro added to its lead at the 26:22-mark on a tally by Grace Madison.
• The Vulcans and Fighting Scots combined for 16 shot attempts, including 13 on goal, in the second half.
• Edinboro finished the game with a 14-7 shot advantage after preventing Cal from attempting a shot in the first half.
