GREENSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 9) – The California (PA) women's soccer team surrendered a pair of goals in each half while dropping a 4-0 contest at Seton Hill in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Wednesday afternoon.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (1-3, 1-3) are now winless in the last five road meetings in the series with the Griffins (0-4-1).
• Seton Hill scored its first goal of the game on a penalty kick by Maddie Teakle in the 21st minute following a tackle inside the box.
• The Griffins added to the lead before the break at the 39:55-mark with a goal by Kira Hobbs.
• Late in the second half, Seton Hill extended the lead to 4-0 with a pair of goals within a span of less than two minutes starting with a goal in the 85th minute.
• The Griffins finished with a 17-13 shot advantage with the teams combining for 14 attempts on goal.
• Cal and Seton Hill both recorded three corner kicks in the contest.

Kaleigh Rexroad tied her season high with four saves, all in the second half.
