McCutcheon ties record, Cal swept at Edinboro

Sophomore becomes third player with a three-homer game; Vulcans belt seven homers in twinbill

EDINBORO, Pa. (April 8) – Sophomore Amarah McCutcheon tied the single-game school record with three homers in Game 2 on Wednesday afternoon, as the California (PA) softball team was swept in a doubleheader at Edinboro in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action, dropping a 14-6 run-rule contest in Game 1 and a 14-13 walk-off loss in Game 2.
