ERIE, Pa. (April 15) – In a rare indoor night match, the California (PA) tennis team captured a narrow 4-3 victory over Edinboro in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action at Westwood Racquet Club on Wednesday night.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (12-9, 3-1) have won back-to-back meetings against the Fighting Scots after dropping the previous seven matches in the series.
• Cal earned the doubles point after sweeping the session with Edinboro forfeiting at the third slot due to having only five players in the lineup.

Garance Laforet added a 7-6 victory at second doubles – their 10th win at that position this year.

Lilli Schreiber recorded her 10th singles victory of the season with a 6-0, 6-0 win at the fifth slot.
• The match score was tied before Laforet claimed the decisive 6-2, 3-6, 6-2 victory at third singles – her team-leading 13th win of the season.
