GREENSBURG, Pa. (March 30) – In their first match in a week, the Vulcans claimed a 7-0 win over Saint Vincent – a NCAA Division III program – in non-conference play on Monday afternoon at the Greensburg Racquet Club.

• California (9-7) played its third indoor match of the spring campaign.
• The Vulcans faced the Bearcats for the first time since the fall of 2022.
• Cal secured the doubles point with a pair of victories in the session.

Garance Laforet opened play with a 6-0 win at the third slot, while freshman

Izabelle Heacox tallied a 6-0 victory at the second position.
• The Vulcans used a unique singles lineup on Monday and won all six matches in straight sets.
• Laforet played at the first position for the first time in her career and collected a 6-2, 6-1 victory.

Lilli Schreiber collected a 6-0, 6-0 victory at the third slot.
• Rodriguez tallied a 6-0, 6-1 win at fourth singles and Heacox posted a 6-2, 7-5 victory at the fifth position.
• Bloom registered her first career singles win with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at the sixth slot.
