CALIFORNIA (Jan. 2) – Led by 26 points from sophomore Jordyn Buchanan, the Vulcans extended their winning streak to seven games with a 91-72 victory over East Stroudsburg on Friday evening at the Convocation Center in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover play.

NOTES
• California (8-4, 5-0) posted its first victory in the series with ESU since the 2014-15 season.
• Buchanan finished with 26 points on 10-of-15 shooting and five-of-seven from the free-throw line.
• He also tallied six rebounds and six assists while playing 33 minutes.
• Redshirt junior Bryson Lucas posted 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists, two blocks and four steals in the victory.
• Redshirt sophomore Antoine Arnett registered 17 points and three assists, while senior Brayden Reynolds collected nine points, three rebounds, four assists and two steals.
• The teams combined for six lead changes and three ties with Cal mounting a 15-2 run to build a 38-27 lead with 2:25 left before the break.
• The Vulcans took a 48-36 lead at halftime after Reynolds made a three-quarter length shot before the buzzer.
• Cal posted a 12-3 run midway through the second half to build a 72-51 lead with 8:23 remaining.
• The Vulcans later led by as many as 26 points, 91-65, at the 1:54-mark.
• Cal set a season-high .597 field-goal percentage (37-of-62) while scoring at least 90 points for the fourth time this year.
• The Warriors held a 46-34 rebounding advantage behind 22 offensive rebounds.
• Cal scored 34 fastbreak points in the victory, which featured six dunks.
