SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 19) – The Vulcans won every match on Friday evening to capture a 7-0 win at Shippensburg in non-conference play.

• The Vulcans swept doubles play for the second time this week to capture the point.

Teddi Isherwood and
Leandra Guldimann opened the match with a 6-0 victory at the first position before senior
Diletta Maria Mungo and sophomore
Garance Laforet tallied a 6-3 win at the second slot.
• At third doubles, junior
Lilli Schreiber and sophomore
Izabelle Heacox posted a 6-4 victory on Friday.
• Cal completed the match sweep by winning all six singles matches in straight sets at Shippensburg.
• Laforet earned a 6-0, 6-1 win at the fourth position to begin the session and Isherwood then recorded a 6-1, 6-1 victory at the first slot.
• Guldimann claimed a 6-4, 6-3 win at third singles before Schreiber finished with a 6-1, 6-1 victory at the fifth position.
• At the sixth slot, Heacox tallied a 6-4, 6-2 win and Mungo closed play on Friday with a 6-4, 6-3 victory at singles.
