PITTSBURGH, Pa. (Sept. 16) – Led by three players with double-digit kills, the Vulcans outlasted Point Park on Tuesday evening to earn a 3-1 victory (30-28, 19-25, 27-25, 29-27) in non-conference action.

• The California (PA) volleyball team improves to 7-0 overall after setting season highs for kills, assists, digs and blocks versus the Pioneers.

Olivia Weiseman registered her fifth kill/dig double-double of the fall, as she totaled team highs of 17 kills and 16 digs on Tuesday.

Sarah Stephenson posted 15 kills, while freshman
Ava Norfolk totaled 11 kills on a .500 hitting percentage.

Elisa Rugiero and sophomore
Anna-Marie Petricevic both added seven kills at Point Park.

Adrianna Favata tallied 30 assists for her second career match of at least 30 assists on Tuesday.
• Sophomore
Morgan Johnson established career highs with 22 assists and 11 digs for her second career assist/dig double-double.
• Norfolk also recorded a season-high six blocks and sophomore
Lindsey Scammell was credited with five blocks in the win.

• The Vulcans return to action this weekend on Sept. 19-20 with four matches at the Atlantic Region Crossover hosted by West Liberty and Wheeling.
