CALIFORNIA (Sept. 10) – The Vulcans scored twice in a span of 10 minutes early in the second half to earn a 2-0 win against Malone (OH) in non-conference play on Wednesday evening.
NOTES
• The California (PA) men's soccer team (2-0) has registered back-to-back shutout victories for the first time since October 2022.
• Additionally, the Vulcans have started the year with back-to-back shutout wins for the first time since the 2010 campaign.
• Cal and Malone entered the break on Wednesday scoreless despite the Vulcans holding a 6-1 edge in shots and a 4-1 advantage in corner kicks.
