NEW ORLEANS (May 14) – Three members of the California (PA) women's track & field team received U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) all-region accolades on Wednesday afternoon.

The top-five individuals in each event from each region received all-region distinction, in addition each of the members of the region's top-three relay teams. The regions used for the award match those used during the cross country season.

Senior Kat Henderson paced the trio by earning all-region laurels for the fifth time in her career, while freshmen Brianna Lee and Loreena Manser received all-region status for the first time.

Henderson earned all-region honors in the heptathlon for the second-straight year. She finished fourth in the Atlantic Region this spring after setting a personal record with 4,591 points in the heptathlon last weekend at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships. Henderson previously collected all-region status in the pentathlon (twice) and high jump during her collegiate career.

Lee tied for second in the Atlantic Region in the high jump this season. She reached the NCAA provisional standard last month with a personal-best height of 1.73 meters (5-8.0 feet) while at Shippensburg. The Vulcans have featured 11 all-region honorees in the high jump since the 2020 indoor campaign.

Manser ranked fourth in the 200-meter dash in the Atlantic Region this spring. She posted a personal best with a wind-aided time of 24.15 seconds during the finals of the event at the PSAC Championships last weekend. Manser is only the third different sprinter to garner all-region status in the 200 meters since the awards were first presented in 2011.
