CALIFORNIA (April 18) – The Vulcans rallied to claim a 4-3 victory against Edinboro on Friday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action at Roadman Park.
NOTES
• The California (PA) tennis team (13-5, 3-1) snapped a seven-match losing streak in the series with Edinboro.
• The Vulcans have now posted their most wins in league play since capturing the 2016 PSAC Championship.
• Edinboro earned the doubles points after winning two matches in the session.

Garance Laforet tallied a 6-1 victory at the second slot.
• The Vulcans posted wins in the initial two completed singles matches on Friday.

Anika Hedrich collected a 6-2, 6-1 victory at the sixth position and Mungo registered her team-leading 16th win of the season with a 6-2, 6-2 victory at third singles.
• Edinboro reclaimed the match lead at 3-2 with wins at the fifth and second slots.
• Laforet tied the match score with a 6-2, 7-6 victory at the fourth position.

Teddi Isherwood clinched the victory over the Fighting Scots with a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 win at first singles.
• Isherwood and Lafort both registered their 13th win in singles play, which is tied for the second-most the on the team
