IRVING, Texas (April 16) – A total of seven California (PA) football players were recognized by the National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society on Wednesday afternoon.
Members of the NFF Hampshire Honor Society must be a senior player who will graduate this spring or summer and completed their final year of playing eligibility in 2024. All nominees must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.20 grade-point average (GPA) and have been a starter or contributor throughout the 2024 season.
The individuals honored in 2025 include wide receiver
Natel Blessitt, running back
Isaiah Cameron, tight end
Jack Colecchi, offensive lineman
Sean Knight, tight end
Junior McConahy, linebacker
Josh Miller and punter
Clayton Rosensteel.
The Vulcans were one of four teams in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) with at least seven honorees to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society this year.
Overall, a record total of 2,532 football student-athletes from 339 schools qualified for membership this spring.
