INDIANA, Pa. (April 14) – The California (PA) tennis team played its third match in two days and dropped a 6-1 match at IUP in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Monday afternoon.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (12-5, 2-1) won their first completed match against the Crimson Hawks since the spring of 2016.
• IUP has won four-consecutive, and six of the last seven, PSAC Tournament Championships.
• The Crimson Hawks captured the doubles point after winning all three matches in the session.

Teddi Isherwood and
Leandra Guldimann dropped a 6-2 contest to the No. 16 doubles team in the country, Ming Deewajee and Dani Ramos.
• In singles, Isherwood captured a 7-6, 0-6, 1-0 win at the first position over Lieselotte Hartlohner – a transfer from Montevallo (Ala.).
• She is the first player to win a match at first singles against IUP since Kiefer Shaw in 2015.
