LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (Dec. 20) – Redshirt sophomore
Antoine Arnett made the game-winning jumper with 1.3 seconds remaining on Saturday afternoon to lift the California (PA) men's basketball team to a 63-61 win at Lock Haven in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover play.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (6-4, 3-0) extended their winning streak to five games despite being held to a season-low 63 points.
• Cal earned its first road victory in the series with Lock Haven since the 2018-19 campaign.
• Arnett was one of three players to register a double-double, finishing with 11 points and 11 rebounds (three offensive).

Jordyn Buchanan led the team with 15 points and added three rebounds and five assists.
• Junior
Joshua Ray posted a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds, plus collected two assists and three blocks.
• Redshirt junior
Bryson Lucas recorded 14 points and 11 rebounds (three offensive), along with five assists.
• The teams combined for seven lead changes and five lead changes in the first half with the largest lead being in the opening three minutes.
• The Vulcans posted a 7-2 run late in the half to take a 25-21 lead with 4:42 left before the break.
• Cal held a 31-29 advantage at halftime after collecting nine assists on 12 field goals.
• The Vulcans built the lead to eight points, 41-33, at the 14:49-mark before the Bald Eagles tied the score at 45-45 with 9:14 left in regulation.
• Lock Haven later maintained a 60-56 lead with just over 90 seconds remaining before Cal took a 61-60 lead with 37 seconds left on a layup by Bryson.
• The Bald Eagles missed a pair of shots on their next possession before making just the first of two free-throws with 10 seconds remaining.
• Arnett secured the defensive rebound and following a timeout, made a stepback jumper to win the game.
• Cal shot 42.1 percent (24-of-57) from the floor and made 61.1 percent (11-of-18) from the free-throw line.
• The Vulcans finished with a decisive 46-26 rebounding advantage behind 12 offensive rebounds.
