Bryson Lucas combined for nearly 50 points, as the Vulcans captured a 95-76 victory over Shippensburg in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover action at the Convocation Center on Tuesday evening.
NOTES
• California (5-4, 2-0) extended its winning streak to four games with its the last three victories being by an average of 21 points.
• Lucas set a career high with 27 points on 11-of-18 shooting, plus collected seven rebounds, five assists and two steals.
• Arnett finished with 21 points on 7-of-11 from the floor, five rebounds and six assists.

Jordyn Buchanan posted 16 points, four rebounds and four steals against the Raiders.
• Junior
Joshua Ray collected six points, eight rebounds, three blocks and three steals, while freshman
Jordan Clayton registered eight points and two rebounds off the bench.
• The Vulcans and Raiders combined for five lead changes and three ties in the first half.
• Cal posted an 11-2 run over three minutes late in the half to build a 39-32 lead at the 4:01-mark.
• The Vulcans later took a 45-40 lead into the break after the Raiders made six three-pointers in the first half.
• Cal mounted a 16-5 run early in the second half to build a 63-48 lead on an alley-oop dunk by Lucas with 15:55 left to play.
• The Vulcans later extended the lead to 20 points, 82-62, at the 6:25-mark on another alley-oop dunk by Lucas.
• Cal finished the game with a season-high .571 field goal percentage (36-of-63) and converted 18-of-25 attempts (72.0 percent) from the free-throw line.
• The Vulcans scored 54 points in the paint and tallied 21 points off turnovers in the win.
