MILLERSVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 11) – The California (PA) tennis team split singles play while being dealt a 4-3 loss at Millersville in non-conference play on Saturday afternoon.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (2-2) were facing the Marauders for the first time since the fall 2018 campaign.
• Millersville claimed the doubles point on Saturday after winning a pair of matches.

Diletta Maria Mungo and sophomore
Garance Laforet improved to 5-0 as a doubles team this fall after posting a 6-4 victory at the second position.
• Laforet collected a 6-1, 6-0 win at the fourth position on Saturday before junior
Lilli Schreiber earned a 6-3, 6-2 victory at fifth singles.

Leandra Guldimann rallied to post a 7-5, 6-2 win at the second slot at Millersville.

• Cal is set to close out its fall season on Friday, Oct. 17, by hosting West Virginia Wesleyan for a dual match in non-conference play at 4 p.m.
