SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. (Nov. 2) – The California (PA) volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match (25-14, 25-17, 25-16) at Slippery Rock on Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (3-17, 0-11) were held under a .100 hitting percentage for the fourth time in the last 10 matches.
• Senior
Allie Droneberger led the team with seven kills, while junior
Elisa Rugiero and freshman
Courtney Smith both added four kills.
• Junior
Mandy Altsman collected 10 assists in the match.
• Junior
Caroline Mercer registered 20 digs for the fourth time this fall, as she finished with 23 digs on Saturday.
