CALIFORNIA (Oct. 4) – The California (PA) volleyball team fell by a 3-0 margin (25-21, 25-16, 25-19) on Friday evening in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action at the Convocation Center.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (3-9, 0-3) were held to under 30 kills for the second time this fall.
• Senior
Sophia Johnson led the team with seven kills and 8.5 points.
• Senior
Julia Blair and freshman
Anna-Marie Petricevic both added four kills in the match.
• Junior
Adrianna Favata collected her fourth assist/dig double-double of the year, leading the team with 10 assists and 10 digs.
• Senior
Allie Droneberger totaled seven digs and two blocks in the losing effort.
• Blair also added three blocks while making her first start of the season.

• The Vulcans continue their homestand tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 5, when they face Slippery Rock in PSAC West play at 1 p.m.
