CALIFORNIA (Oct. 27) – Trailing by one goal at the break, the Vulcans fell by a 6-0 margin against No. 12 Gannon on Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play at the Phillipsburg Soccer Facility.
NOTES
• California (3-7-4, 0-5-2) faced division-leading Gannon for the second time in less than two weeks.
• Gannon scored its initial goal of the game in the 31st minute and took a 1-0 lead at the break after attempting seven shots in the first half.
• The Golden Knights scored a pair of goals early in the second half in a span of just under six minutes, 3-0.
• Gannon stretched the lead in the 68th minute before scoring twice in the final six minutes of the game.

AJ Visco collected five saves while making his second-straight start.
• The Golden Knights finished the game with an 18-6 shot advantage and held an 8-6 edge in corner kicks.
