CALIFORNIA (Oct. 11) – The California (PA) women's soccer team tied the score midway through the second half before allowing a goal in the final minute to suffer a 2-1 loss against Edinboro in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action on Friday afternoon at the Phillipsburg Soccer Facility.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (3-6-2, 2-5-1) were playing their first game in six days after being idle on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
• The Fighting Scots jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the opening minute of play with the goal coming from outside the box on a chip.
• Cal trailed at halftime despite attempting six shots in the initial 45 minutes, including five on goal.
