CALIFORNIA (Oct. 11) – The California (PA) volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss (25-12, 25-17, 25-13) against IUP in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action on Friday evening at the Convocation Center.

• The Vulcans (3-11, 0-5) was held to season lows in kills and hitting percentage in the match.
• Senior
Sophia Johnson led the team with 6.5 points behind four kills and four blocks (one solo).
• Sophomore
Kay Lindenfelser paced the team with eight digs and junior
Adrianna Favata finished with seven digs.
• Senior
Julia Blair collected two kills and three blocks while making a third-straight start on Friday.
• The Vulcans used 16 different players in the match.

• Cal returns to the court tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 12, when it hosts Pitt-Johnstown for Senior Day at the Convocation Center with the match set for 1 p.m.
