CALIFORNIA (Sept. 30) – The California (PA) women's soccer team snapped a three-game losing streak with a 0-0 tie against Slippery Rock at the Phillipsburg Soccer Facility in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Saturday afternoon.
RECORDS/SERIES
• The Vulcans move to 2-5-2 overall with a 1-4-2 record in conference action.
• The Rock stands at 5-3-2 this season behind a 4-2-2 mark in divisional play.
• Cal has earned at least a tie in each of the last three meetings with Slippery Rock (1-0-2) after previously losing eight-consecutive games in the series.

• The teams entered the break scoreless despite combining to place five of eight shot attempts on goal in the first half.
