ERIE, Pa. (Sept. 23) – The Vulcans held the match lead after three sets before suffering a 3-2 loss (18-25, 26-24, 25-18, 22-25, 12-15) at Mercyhurst on Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action.

• The California (PA) volleyball team falls to 6-3 this season with a 0-2 record in league play.
