Zyan Collins made the go-ahead basket in the closing seconds, as the Vulcans earned an 87-86 win at Lincoln (Pa.) in non-conference play on Wednesday afternoon.

GAME ACTION
• Lincoln posted an 11-2 run after making five-of-seven shots early in the first half to take a 16-9 lead at the 14:46-mark.
• The Vulcans responded with a 10-1 rally behind a pair of three-pointers to take a 21-20 lead with 10:09 left before halftime.
• Lincoln countered with a 16-3 run to take its largest lead of the game, 38-27, at the 4:16-mark of the first half.
• The Vulcans closed the half on an 11-3 rally to cut the deficit to 41-38 at the break.
• Cal took a 51-47 lead with 15:37 left in the second half before the teams tied the score eight times over the next seven minutes.
• The Vulcans posted an 11-4 run over three minutes to take their largest lead of the game at 81-73 with 4:51 remaining.
• Lincoln scored eight-straight points in the final minutes to take an 86-85 lead with 34 seconds left to play.
