CALIFORNIA (Oct. 31) – The Vulcans snapped a seven-game losing streak by playing to a 0-0 tie versus IUP in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Tuesday evening at the Phillipsburg Soccer Facility.
