Kail earned his second victory of the season in Game 2 on Saturday, as the Vulcans swept a home doubleheader against Ohio Valley. He yielded one run (earned) and scattered just three hits over 8.0 innings (100 pitches) in a 2-1 nine-inning victory. Kail set a career high with seven strikeouts and issued only one walk while retiring the Fighting Scots in order four times.
