Thrush placed third overall at the PSAC Championships on Saturday, matching the best finish of his career. He crossed the finish line in 24 minutes, 51.7 seconds in a field of 154 runners and averaged 5:00.1 per mile. The 5-foot-10 senior captured All-PSAC honors for a school-record fifth time in his career and never placed lower than 12th overall at the league championships.
