Curtis won the first individual title of her career on Saturday in Maryland at the Blazer Blitz and helped anchor an invitational victory by the Vulcans, their first since the 2019 season. She claimed the individual win at the event hosted by Hood after crossing the finish line in 15 minutes, 21.4 seconds – 11 seconds faster than the rest of the field. Curtis helped the Vulcans total a score of 31 points on Saturday morning.
