Brosky earned the win while making his first career Opening Day start on Wednesday, as the Vulcans posted a 1-0 victory in Game 1 of a doubleheader against Ohio Dominican. He scattered just two hits and issued zero walks over 6.0 scoreless innings (72 pitches) while recording seven strikeouts. Brosky surrendered a leadoff single in the first inning before retiring 12-straight batters and prevented the Panthers from advancing a runner past second base in the win.
