Owens posted five combined victories (two individual, three relay) over the weekend, as Cal U won a pair of dual meets while hosting the Vulcan Invitational. She won the 400 IM on Friday with a PSAC-qualifying time after touching the wall in 4 minutes, 48.16 seconds. Owens also claimed a victory in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:04.38. The Greater Latrobe product served as the second leg on the 200 freestyle relay, 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay teams that won events at Hamer Hall.
