Willis posted 274 receiving yards with two touchdowns and finished with 360 all-purpose yards, as California suffered a 44-34 loss against nationally-ranked Shepherd on Saturday. He amassed the second-most single-game receiving yards in school history and the most in the PSAC since 2017. Willis needed only 12 touches to set a school record with 360 all-purpose yards (274 receiving, 65 kick return, 21 punt return), which are the most in the league since the 2018 campaign. His 274 receiving yards and 360 all-purpose yards are the most in NCAA Division II this year.
