A coach with experience at multiple levels, Josh Henderson enters her first season as an assistant coach at California (PA) in 2025.
Henderson has worked with the Beadling Soccer Club in Pittsburgh in recent years, as well as Brooke County Youth Soccer in West Virginia. He also has experience as an assistant coach at The Linsly School in Wheeling following a stint as an assistant coach at the collegiate level at West Liberty.
Henderson has served as the Director of Operations in Brooke County since 2022. He started fundamental and skill camps for the program while assisting in recruiting, hiring and training various team members. Henderson has also been with Beadling in recent years, working to evaluate player performance through regular assessment, serving as a technical coach for both boys and girls programs and collaborating with coaches to design effective practice drills and game plans.
Previously, Henderson served as an assistant coach for two years at West Liberty in the Mountain East Conference (MEC). He later shifted to scholastic level and worked with multiple conference title teams at The Linsly School. Henderson also served as a coach at the club level in both the Wheeling and Fairmont area for several years.
Henderson earned a bachelor's degree from West Virginia in exercise physiology with a minor in strength & conditioning in 2015.
