Elliot Taylor

A former player of the program, Elliot Taylor enters his second year as an assistant coach at Cal U during the 2019 season.
 
Taylor has been influential in the development of youth soccer athletes in the local area, including the Cal U High School Summer Camp and Star United Soccer Skill Camp. He assisted with the organization of the camps and ran training sessions, while aiding with the growth of individual abilities of each player.
 
As a college player, Taylor registered double-digit points and goals while playing in nearly 50 career games with 30 starts. He helped Cal U reach the post-season with three appearances in the quarterfinals of the PSAC Tournament. As a senior in 2016, Taylor was named team captain and played a pivotal role in the Vulcans achieving their first 10-win season in four years.
 
Taylor has worked in the private sector for the past three years and is currently a chemist at Prime Metals and Alloys, Inc. in Homer City, Pennsylvania.
 
A native of Monaca, Pennsylvania, Taylor earned a bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and science and technology (multidisciplinary studies) from Cal U in 2017.
