A former four-year starting defender with the program, Eleazar Luciano enters his first season as an assistant coach at Cal U in 2021.
Luciano played for the Vulcans from 2013-16 and started 51 of 57 games played in his career. He helped Cal U qualify for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament in three-consecutive years, marking the longest streak in a decade. Luciano earned All-PSAC Second-Team status as a junior before starting a career-high 15 games in 2016, as the Vulcans recorded double-digit wins behind six shutouts.
A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Luciano served as a volunteer coach at Ringgold High School for several seasons and assisted with the Cal U summer soccer camps.
Luciano has worked in the private sector for over three years and is currently a material engineer at Advanced Acoustic Concepts in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.
A four-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete, Luciano earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology from Cal U in 2017.
Luciano resides in Donora, Pennsylvania.
