A former All-American at West Virginia, Tyler Orlosky enters his second season with the California (PA) football program in 2026 and serves as the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach.

In his first season with the Vulcans, Orlosky worked with an offensive line that replaced four starters from the previous year while helping Cal rank among the top five in the PSAC in fewest sacks allowed. Center Logan Greer and left tackle Jacob King both earned All-PSAC West Second-Team honors.

Orlosky previously spent two seasons on coaching staffs with Mike Jacobs, who served as the defensive line coach with the Vulcans from 2008-13. In 2023, Orlosky worked at Lenoir-Rhyne (N.C.) before joining Jacobs' staff at Mercer (Ga.) in 2024.

At Mercer, Orlosky helped the Bears capture their first outright conference championship in more than 90 years in 2024. Mercer set a school record with 11 wins and advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA FCS Playoffs for the first time in program history. The Bears featured three All-SoCon offensive linemen, including first-team selection Israel Mukwiza, while center Riley Adcock was named a CSC First-Team Academic All-American.

Orlosky joined Lenoir-Rhyne in 2013, helping the Bears win the South Atlantic Conference Championship and advance to the national semifinals of the NCAA Playoffs. Lenoir-Rhyne tied the single-season school record with 13 wins while leading the SAC with 202.9 rushing yards per game and averaging a league-best 37.7 points per contest. Three offensive linemen earned All-SAC honors, including Shane Wells, who later received first-team all-region recognition.

At Ohio Dominican, Orlosky helped the Panthers post back-to-back seven-win seasons while coaching 14 offensive players to All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference honors over two seasons. Ty Keirns was named the G-MAC Offensive Lineman of the Year as a senior in 2022.

Orlosky was a standout offensive lineman at West Virginia from 2012-16 while playing for Dana Holgorsen. A two-time team captain, he appeared in 50 career games with 42 starts and was one of three national finalists for the Rimington Trophy as a senior. Orlosky was also selected to nine All-America Teams during his career. As a senior, West Virginia posted a 10-win season, tied for second in the Big 12 Conference and finished No. 18 in the AP Top 25 poll.

Following his collegiate career, Orlosky was invited to the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine before signing as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles. He later returned to West Virginia as a graduate assistant under Holgorsen and Neal Brown.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Orlosky earned his bachelor's degree in sport and exercise psychology from West Virginia in 2016. He later completed master's degrees in corporate communications and sports management from WVU.
