• Freshman Abigail Singer worked 4.0 innings of relief against McKendree and yielded two runs (both earned) on five hits.

VS NORTHWOOD
• The Timberwolves (5-9) and Vulcans have met five times in Florida since the 2009 campaign.
• Northwood raced out to a 7-0 lead in the top of the first behind a three-run homer by catcher Jenna Kowals.
• The Timberwolves secured the run-rule victory by scoring twice in the sixth inning.
• Freshman Indyana Bolyea (0-2) was saddled with the loss after surrendering seven runs (four earned) in 0.1 inning.
