KISSIMMEE, Fla. (March 7) – The California (PA) tennis team closed their spring trip to Florida with a 4-1 loss North Carolina A&T State, a NCAA Division I program, on Friday morning.
NOTES
• The Vulcans (9-2) suffered their first loss since last September, snapping a seven-match winning streak.
• Cal played a NCAA Division I program for the first time since the spring of 2019.
• The Vulcans closed the trip to The Sunshine State with a 4-1 record while playing schools from five different states.
• The Aggies only traveled five players for the match, resulting the Vulcans being credited victories at third doubles and sixth singles.
• Matches at first and second singles were left unfinished after NC A&T clinched the match victory at the fifth position.

• Cal is scheduled to return to action on March 18 when it hosts Davis & Elkins at 4 p.m.
