CALIFORNIA (Nov. 15) – Facing the top-ranked team in the region, the Vulcans closed the year with a 3-1 loss (20-25, 25-12, 25-13, 25-17) to Gannon at the Convocation Center in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West play on Friday evening.
NOTES
• California finishes the year with a 3-20 overall record, including a 0-14 mark in league action.
• The Vulcans committed just four attacking errors in the opening set while earning their second set win in the last six matches.

Allie Droneberger posted seven kills on Friday.

Adrianna Favata tallied her seventh assist/dig double-double of the year with 15 assists and 10 digs.

Caroline Mercer both added 14 digs versus the Golden Knights.
• Johnson closed the year with an average of 1.18 blocks per set, which is the program's highest mark since 2014.

• The Vulcans finished the season ranked eighth in the PSAC West standings behind a 0-14 record in divisional play.
